My clients are adolescents and adults dealing with challenging situations such as relationships, academic stress, difficult work environments and painful life transitions. It’s exciting to see positive changes in a client’s mood and outlook when they take the time to focus on themselves! In addition to treating depression, anxiety and ADHD in both teens and adults, I support clients dealing with symptoms of PTSD & Complex PTSD by providing safety, education and coping skills to help them identify triggers and manage symptoms of extreme anxiety and/or dissociation.
