It’s Monday morning and you push the snooze button five times. You just want to stay in bed and pull the covers over your head because life during Covid 19 is so overwhelming and exhausting. Perhaps you’re an adult who has ADD, Anxiety or Autism and your life has been turned upside down during the last five months. Everything is new and different and you try to keep it together, but it is so hard. Maybe you’re a parent and have a teen or child who has ADD, Anxiety or Autism. You struggle to help your child deal with all the changes in every day life because of the Pandemic. You just want to feel better and have hope for the future. I’m using Teletherapy to help and support adults, teens, children and parents through this challenging time. I work with people by video or calling them. We will build a plan for success to help you or your child with every day life. You will be able to deal with your challenges and find solutions for problems you encounter as an adult or parent.
