Right now, it seems like the pain inside makes each day far more difficult than it needs to be. You feel alone in your hurt and want someone to help you be free of it. I help people find and develop skills that we all have naturally inside of us to live lighter and more meaningfully. We’ll work together to help you deal with painful thoughts and feelings, look at yourself differently, and move toward a life you value rather than just avoiding a life you don’t want.
