I received my Ph.D. degree in Counseling Psychology in 2010 from the Interamerican University in San Juan, PR., I am also licensed in the state of Texas. For the past 9 years I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, sexual and physical abuse, and domestic violence. I also work with first responders and conduct critical incident stress management (CISM) interventions. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I part from a holistic approach, body, mind, and spirit to accompany my clients in their path to hope and recovery.
