We will work together to help you process through and heal from the difficulties that life inevitably throws at us. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults learn how to better understand the hard things that happen in their lives (i.e. difficult relationships, divorce, loss, trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety) and then how to recover from them in a healthy and productive way. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will tailor our time together to meet your specific needs. I have over fifteen years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor working in both residential and private practice settings.
