As long as you are willing to keep trying, I am willing to keep helping! I primarily specialize in & prefer to work with solution-focused therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc. However, I often use methods & techniques from more than one therapeutic style in order to formulate the best, tailor-made treatment plans for each individual client. As I am newly on my own, I do not currently accept any insurance plans. However, if you have a deductible or certain copay, I am often willing to stay close to that amount
