My clients come to me in times of distress. We work together to help them feel better and/or resolve their problem(s). Whatever they want to work on, we can do it together. If I don’t think I can meet their needs, I will refer them to someone else. While I work with any age, I specialize in work with children, adolescents and families. I have been a therapist since 1993 and have worked in various settings including chemical dependency treatment centers, outpatient mental health, therapeutic foster care, and psychiatric hospitals. I mostly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Expressive Techniques, Play therapy, Sand Tray and EMDR. I continue to take clients but I have a waitlist at this time.
