Therapist Overview

Ready to thrive? Want to respond better to life’s curveballs? Therapy can clarify the uncertainty that accompanies life transitions—which are often fraught with anxiety, depression, self doubt and unexpected changes in relationships. I help adults find meaning and direction during these times. Others seek therapy with me to address relationship difficulties, school and career stress, low self esteem and general life dissatisfaction. I offer a supportive place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and what’s best for you. We can meet in my office, or we can walk and talk outside. I have a Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and experience working with trauma survivors. I’m also a swimmer and runner. I believe good health and positive lifestyle choices are integral to happiness. This perspective shapes my approach to therapy. With compassion and humor, I help clients build on their strengths and find answers.
