(I am not currently not accepting new clients.) I’m a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. I work with individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, OCD, grief, addictions, eating “disorders,” self-harm, and the effects of violence or abuse. Often, people notice these problems are supported by certain messages about their worth and value as a person, like the feeling of “never being good enough” or “there’s something wrong with me.” I believe that people are not defined by the problems they are facing in their life, and that they deserve to be known for their hopes, dreams, values, and intentions. My work is radically collaborative, which means we work closely together to support you getting to decide what matters most to you and how you prefer to respond to life’s challenges.
