I believe that we adjust to new experiences using the tools we already possess and a desire to thrive in new surroundings, but sometimes this striving to survive can cause us emotional and behavioral difficulties. I received my master’s degree from La Salle University in Clinical Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is well-versed in IFS and the TEAR model of grief issues. I have eight years of experience working with clients in a varied settings, such as family therapy, individual therapy, and grief therapy.
