Are you having difficulty communicating with your child or adolescent? Is your child engaging in behaviors you just don’t understand? Are you having a hard time knowing how to be a support to your child? Children and adolescents utilize different channels of communication to express their needs. How your child chooses to communicate can be frustrating. I am passionate about learning how your child is communicating, using their method of communication to gain insight, and be a support to parents through this process. I also enjoy working with families who are navigating difficult transitions. I earned a Masters Degree from Regis University, with a certificate in working with children and adolescents. I use an integrative approach in therapy and incorporate family sessions as needed. I use a multicultural and trauma informed approach in therapy.
