As a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I provide individual, couples, and group counseling to adults and young adults (18+). I am a generalist by training and, as such, have experience working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, identity development, career distress, self-esteem, addictive behaviors & substance use, family of origin concerns, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Although I have been trained in a number of styles of therapy, I prefer to work from a gestalt perspective.
