Farah has worked with many different populations in different modalities. She has vast experience working with adolescents, adults and families. Most recently, she has provided memory training and psychotherapy to the geriatric population. She meets her clients where they are and together, Farah and her clients find ways to improve their lives through obstacles such as depression, anxiety and relationship conflicts. Farah provides support, empathy, and to help her clients overcome challenges. Farah received her Master’s in Social Work at Adelphi University. Farah uses an eclectic approach to support her clients, including person-centered, CBT and systems theory.
