Welcome to Expressions Counseling Center! I am the owner and Clinical Director, Jaryn L. Warren, LMFT. Here we believe that You are not your problems. You are not your medical diagnosis. You are simply, YOU! Life can seem overwhelming when facing chronic illness, adjusting to life transitions, or experiencing trauma, and we may lose sight of who we are outside of our struggles. At ECC, our approach to therapy is very warm and collaborative. We will work with you to help identify what is keeping you feeling stuck, and together we will identify steps to solve/cope or accept life’s problems, and discover YOU again. At ECC, we treat mild to moderate issues and concerns, and we specialize in treating depression, trauma, anxiety, body image/self-esteem, women issues, adjusting to chronic illness and pain, post-partum concerns, and disordered eating habits/unhealthy relationships with food.
