Have you recently experienced a loss of a loved one? Are you going through a major life transition (divorce, marriage, first time parent, moving) and noticing that you just “aren’t feeling right?” We all feel anxious and “off” sometimes when going through life transitions, however it does not need to take over your life. My goal is to help individuals understand themselves and recognize their own strengths to face these life transitions. I strive to help all my clients follow a healthy path through their life journey. My focus has been built by working with clients in a multitude of environments. I have experience working in treatment centers, outpatient therapy, group homes and client’s struggling with SPMI diagnoses in their own homes. I consider myself to be a person centered therapist and use CBT/DBT techniques.
