My passion is to help others by creating a space in which they feel comfortable to be who they are while being empowered to achieve the goals they are aiming for. Along with a strengths based and client centered approach, I can offer expressive modalities such as, art therapy techniques, yoga/movement, mindfulness, and Play Therapy, which help reinforce the mind-body connection. Currently, I am in the process of becoming a Certified S.E.A.L. Provider (Social Emotional Awareness Learning Program).
