I will strive to provide you with a nonjudgmental, environment where I will support your journey and empower you to remove the obstacles blocking your path to achieving your goals and fulfilling your potential! I have extensive experience in the mental health field and have worked for psychiatric hospitals, non profit agencies, trauma centers, and in correctional settings. I treat adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I treat a variety of issues including Complex Trauma/PTSD , grief, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and adolescent /young adult issues including sexual orientation, LGBTQIA issues. I utilize a combination of somatic and neurobiologically informed therapies to guide my work.
