I tailor my therapeutic style to the clients preference, whether that be solution-focused and/or time-limited treatment, supportive, or long-term psychodynamic-focused work. I am committed to providing evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP etc.) tailored to my client’s individual treatment goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and OCD, and have also completed extensive training in mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT).
