Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming process, generally at a time when you are already struggling with whatever prompted you to seek clinical support. I have worked with people across the spectrum through the course of my career. I have found the primary thing that unites most folks is a search for someone that makes them feel accepted and comfortable as they work through their problems. Above all, that’s my primary focus. Come make yourself at home :) I received my MSW from Portland State University and worked in Oregon as an addiction and mental health therapist with adolescents and families for four years before relocating to Colorado. I have spent the last five years treating trauma, addiction, and mental health conditions with adults in inpatient and outpatient settings.
