I have been in clinical practice for over 30 years and I am trained in psychodynamic as well as family systems therapy. My focus has been on primary relationships as a means of understanding current functioning. Each person comes with their own story to be understood in time. The addition to my work has been mindfulness meditation which helps us to be in the present moment in our lives without judgement. In therapy it can address the underlying causes of suffering while at the same time, help depression, anxiety. pain, stress and trauma. I am privileged to facilitate your journey of healing.
