I am an ONLINE therapist. Ailments of the heart are no different to ailments of the body; both bleed just the same. One is seen and one is hidden, but both need treatment. Oftentimes we come to a place in our lives where we feel like there is no door, no way out, and we’re out of options. Life can make us feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and tired of even trying. In these moments, we need someone who can empathize, give us ideas, and help us find a path to walk on that leads to a solution we need. I cater to people from all over the world and walks of life. Whatever the issue is that affects you, let’s go on this journey together. Over the past 6 years, while working/interning at MHMRABV, MCWC, SBH psychiatric hospital and HGI, I’ve helped clients who’ve struggled through domestic/sexual abuse, PTSD, trauma, drug addictions, depression, anxiety, and familial conflicts, etc. My clients and I have and will work on developing skills that empower their self-agency towards recovery. I welcome people from all backgrounds and cultures.
