I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of issues including relationship problems, low self esteem, anxiety or disconnection. I help those feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns to heal and transform. This includes addressing issues related to substance use, eating problems, depression, anxiety and past or recent trauma. I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, including work as a clinical director and supervisor. Providing a nonjudgmental, safe environment and using the most effective treatment modalities, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR and DBT, I collaborate with clients to find relief and create real change.
