Therapist Overview

I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of issues including relationship problems, low self esteem, anxiety or disconnection. I help those feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns to heal and transform. This includes addressing issues related to substance use, eating problems, depression, anxiety and past or recent trauma. I have over 15 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist, including work as a clinical director and supervisor. Providing a nonjudgmental, safe environment and using the most effective treatment modalities, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR and DBT, I collaborate with clients to find relief and create real change. My goal is to help you feel better. Whether you want to feel less depressed and anxious or more connected with others, I am an active and engaged therapist. I will not just sit back and listen, but rather will help you build the tools you need to live the life that you want. I welcome your call or email and am happy to provide more information.
