I am very dedicated to my clients. I work in a reflective and empathetic style, and offer collaborative input toward their personal growth and self-compassion. I strive to build a welcoming partnership with them over time, in which they can feel safe to verbalize and explore their true feelings within a supportive and trusting clinical alliance. By gradually deepening their own awareness of themselves via this process, my clients are often able to overcome emotional obstacles, have more satisfying relationships, feel a greater sense of freedom and curiosity, and more fully engage in ways they find fulfilling. Much of my work has emphasized community mental health, working with teens, adults, and seniors with a wide range of experiences.
