In my 10+ years of practice I find that I am a believer in early prevention. I believe the stereotypical image of therapy is outdated and instead I believe it helps promote positive change and growth and helps facilitate people in having more satisfying relationships and lives. Therapy can help uncover behavioral patterns that keep people from the happiness they desire. Learning strategies for managing stress, working through loss and creating loving, productive relationships are all achievable through the therapeutic experience.
