Through life’s transitions such as school or workplace stress, to relationship and family conflicts life is full of challenges that are sometimes out of our control. The pressure to manage and cope with these stressors can severely impact or be detrimental to ones mental health. Trauma, stressors, loss and hardship we may unfortunately experience in our lives and the impact thereafter can be different from person to person. Clients experiencing depression can make daily life activities seem unbearable, and it can significantly change how we see things almost as if wearing gloomy specs and disconnected from our environments. My clinical specialties include working with treating eating disorders, anxiety and depression as well as grief and loss therapy. I have experience working with clients and patients both in inpatient and outpatient settings to help address treatment goals with a variety of treatment modalities.
