This is our inner wild one. Our work, is to remember them. You can think of me as your emotional midwife, for I’m here to help you push when you need to and learn to surrender when it’s time. In our sessions I integrate somatic mindfulness practices, psychodynamics, spiritual inquiry and down to earth conversations to tap into your soul. Reaching out is the hardest part!
