Therapist Overview
I have been a psychotherapist for over 15 years. I work with families, children, adolescents and adults, especially those seeking help with depression, ADD/ADHD (all ages), anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, career decisions, feelings of isolation, grief, and life transitions. I use varied approaches in my practice, such as Mindfulness, Yoga, Narrative, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With children (and adults if they wish), I use art and play therapy. My approach is IFS informed. I am Level II trained in Gentle Reprocessing. I have specialized training in utilizing yoga to work with trauma, anxiety, as well as with children. I offer individual and small group yoga classes. I also provide clinical supervision.
