I base my practice around creating a safe space for you to bring out whatever has been causing you anxiety, stress, and pain in your life. I am passionate about debunking the stigma previously associated with mental health and firmly believe that just because you are seeking out counseling, does not mean that you are broken. While I have served an array of clients over the years, I love working with men and people with anxiety or OCD.
