Therapist Overview
I currently work with adults both individually and as couples/relationships with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles with any number of reasons for seeking therapy. I work heavily on topics related to LGBTQIA+ identity, racial identity, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy relationships, kink/BDSM play and lifestyle, divorce/separation/break-ups, family/caregiver support, chronic illness, grief, and all forms of trauma (PTSD, complex PTSD). I utilize trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy methods to address all aspects of life, identity, and development. I provide care that is non-judgmental, warm, and caring. This can come in traditional “talk” therapy and/or processing work. It will always be centered on your comfort. I provide in-person and online counseling. Life gets difficult sometimes everyone deserves to learn how to care for themselves and one another through deepening awareness, validating all emotions and experiences, and fostering a positive sense of identity and self. If this sounds suited to you, then please reach out so we can begin our work together.
