I work with children, adolescents, adults and families, in coping with daily struggles and challenges, with the goal of achieving positive change and well being. My focus is to guide my clients to experience improved mental health and gain the empowerment necessary to take on life’s daily challenges. I am a generalist, and am comfortable working with most populations. I have experience working in both outpatient, inpatient and crisis settings. My specialties include depression, anxiety, bi-polar, addiction, life transitions and relationship issues, as well as numerous other issues affecting emotional and social well being. I use a variety of modalities with my clients, including CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness techniques in helping my clients to feel better and gain more control of their lives.
