I am passionate about working with persons who have experienced trauma, with a specific focus on healing from sexual or gender-based trauma, as well as systemic or intergenerational traumas and identity-based marginalization. I also care deeply about working with individuals on body image issues, disordered relationships with food or exercise, depression, anxiety, as well as spiritual identity development or transitions. I believe deeply in the resilience and healing capacity of each person. Sometimes the path forward is incredibly confusing and overwhelming; I want to offer you tools and a road-map to empower you to unlock your capacity to flourish.
