Therapist Overview

Life is always changing direction keeping us in a constant state of transition. At times these changes can become overwhelming. Some of these changes include death of a loved one, relationship status, identity issues, and unresolved childhood pain. You don’t need to struggle through these hard times on your own. You deserve support, understanding, and care in a non-judgmental environment. You don’t have to be alone; I’m here for you. I serve adolescents and adults with grief and loss issues related to death of a loved one. I join LGBTQQ individuals as they discover their true selves by working though issues of their past and present. I assist clients in finding alternative coping skills from substance abuse, self-harm, codependent and other self-defeating behaviors. My clients describe me as warm, authentic, and accepting with a good sense of humor. I believe in the power of therapy to bring positive change and I love my work.
