Therapist Overview

**Please Note** My caseload is full at this time and I am not able to see new clients. I apologize for any inconvenience.** Are you not sure how to change something in your life? With the right support, meaningful change is possible. I hope to offer a welcoming space that provides acceptance, empathy, attuned listening, and supportive feedback. I find deep meaning in supporting others to find personal growth, healing, and acceptance.  My counseling style pulls from Gestalt, person-centered, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. These frameworks support us to non-judgmentally notice what emerges in our present moment, experiment with new ways of being. I work with adults, trauma survivors, and LGBTQI populations. I provide support for a wide variety of emotional and behavioral issues that include self-esteem problems, communication problems, depression, and anxiety. Each session will meet you where you are in life, and we will work collaboratively to make sure each session will fit you
