Therapist Overview

Life can often feel overwhelming, and the impact of past and present experiences can have ripple effects into our work, relationships, health and wellbeing. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I am passionate about supporting people who are experiencing a broad range of mental health, interpersonal, and life-interrupting issues. My specialization is in treating eating disorders, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and provide treatment in individual sessions to people who struggle to cope with overwhelming emotions and life’s challenges. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and individualized for each client using both person-centered and evidence-based practices. I aim to meet each of my clients right where they are as I help them navigate their unique story and circumstances. It’s my hope to help you do the same.
