Hi, thanks for stopping by! I’m currently taking clients in Ballard, Seattle, WA. I love working with young teens through young professionals who are working through life’s chaotic, painful, and confusing moments in the present and past. I work with those who are suffering with constant worrying that they aren’t enough, doubting their abilities and worth, processing a loss, transition, or traumatic event. I’m also passionate about helping people invest in the connection between body, mind, and spirit. To understand these concepts on their own and how they work together. My practice is always client and strength focused. I believe I can help clients bring awareness to their strengths, become friends with their whole selves, find balance between pain and hope and loss and life. I dig deep with clients to dive into their feelings to better understand themselves and their pasts in the hopes of being truly present in the now. I know it can be difficult to find a therapist you trust and connect with enough to share your story. This is why I am dedicated to making my practice a safe space for all who need it by meeting every client where they are at, avoiding assumptions, and treating the whole person.
