Therapist Overview
CURRENTLY MY PRACTICE IS FULL As humans, our number one need is connection. Therapy is a place to find connection, comfort and understanding. Whether you are looking for someone to help navigate through a difficult life event or to sort out things in your life or relationships, therapy provides an ear, a comfortable place to be yourself and be vulnerable. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults with a focus on: eating disorders and support to family and friends, LGBTQIA, Poly/Kink, anxiety, depression, adjustment/life transitions, self-esteem, and identity. I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents. I am passionate about working with individuals during life transitions, grief and loss, emotional trauma, relationship issues or recent break ups, LGBTQ identifying, gender non-conforming, and poly relationships. Having sat in both seats in therapy, I know the courage it takes to reach out. Currently not accepting new clients
