Therapist Overview

Night/ Weekend availability. As a board-certified, licensed counselor, I specialize in working with individuals and couples. I have a direct, collaborative style, and seek to create a personal and healing space to facilitate growth. I strive to empower my clients and look beyond symptoms to treat the whole person. I work with teens through seniors, meeting my clients wherever they are in life, to address trauma, grief, relationship and identity issues. I believe in the resilience of my clients and help to nurture their inner strength and resources. I specialize in processing trauma and grief, understanding identity, and bring an awareness of power structures and systems of oppression in contextualizing problems. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, seniors, and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. I am also trained in trauma-informed hypnotherapy.
