Therapist Overview

( English | 日本語 ) *Dec 2020: not accepting new clients* My ideal client is someone whose body and mind are reacting from stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma due to coditions/situations that may/may not be changeable (e.g. various minority status, chronic medical condition, aging, caregiving, loss) and who feels not aligned with true self. You are looking for a safe space to explore and express your authentic self without judgement/prejudice/discrimination. You want to learn about your pain, sufferings and ways to cope, evaluate who you want to be, and act based on what is “right” for you. My pronoun is she/her. Hours: 9:30am-3pm, Mon-Thur. We will explore your issues and coping skills that are not beneficial in the long run as well as strengths, values and goals with a respectful and compassionate approach.
