Therapist Overview

I help young professional women assert themselves in the workplace and in their personal lives. There may be a fear of being judged or negatively labeled that keeps you from letting your light shine. When you are not able to be the full expression of yourself, you are often left feeling dissatisfied, disregarded, and overlooked. These feelings easily turn into resentment and can leave you feeling anxious or even depressed. I help women in their 20’s and 30’s identify the underlying causes of their passivity or aggressiveness. During treatment, you will learn to acknowledge and pinpoint what you need and want and use skills to express and fulfill your needs and wants without self-compromising or disregarding others. Transforming into the best version of yourself is a journey that can be embraced. You don’t have to do it alone. I use a compassionate, empathetic, and honest approach with my clients. I am a firm believer that everyone should not just live, but thrive!
