But as soon as you lays your head down, your brain turns on warp speed. “Just relax,” they say. “You worry too much.” But sometimes, the opposite is true…Sometimes you can’t get out of bed at all, because the things to worry about are so numerous it feels impossible. If you have mood swings, depressed feelings, significant worry, or panic attacks…and these things are getting in your way of living life – therapy can help! I help people process their thoughts & feelings, overcome a wide variety of anxieties or depressive thoughts (including suicide) and heal from trauma. I help couples heal from past hurts and create a new path to happiness. For those who identify as Christian, I offer an understanding of your values and worldview (I am open to all people of all beliefs). My role is to help you un-peel the layers to understand why and how you are stuck.
