Are you struggling in relationships, feeling depressed or uncertain about your future? My role as a therapist is to support your personal journey of self discovery and healing. I view the therapeutic process as collaborative, respectful and empowering and use a strengths based perspective to help clients make sense of personal challenges. I work primarily with adults around issues of self-esteem, depression, anxiety, addictive and compulsive behaviors, life transitions, grief and loss, difficult relationships, abuse, identity and sexuality, fertility and perinatal health issues such as pre/postpartum depression and anxiety.
