Therapist Overview

Therapy is the practice of finding a space for growth, while owning the circumstances we can alter and finding peace with those we cannot. I use a systemic approach to help clients integrate their past experiences and relationships with where they are currently, in order to help them move forward with greater intention and well-being. This can be done through various forms of expression including talking, creative arts, movement, and writing. My approach is compassionate, curious, creative, affirming, and strength-based. I obtained my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. My training is in Integrative Systemic Therapy. I am also a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, for working with pre-martial couples, and completed Level One in the Theraplay & Marschak Interaction Method, for working with families. I work with individuals, dyads, and families. My interests include preparation for marriage and working with families and children. My work is
