I want to help you enkindle or ignite the flame within you through counseling, problem-solving and spiritual guidance, from a Catholic perspective, so you can grow and flourish in life. Faith is a powerful tool in healing and personal growth. God loves you and doesn’t want your suffering to hold you back but rather give you wings to soar. You are not alone in how you are feeling. As we journey together, I hope to help you come to know your best self, encourage, and challenge you in creating the life you want to live. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and spiritual guidance to develop a plan that fits for you and how you want to grow.
