Every client I work with I believe walks through my door so that together we can work on navigating issues, gaining skills and understanding of what they wish to change in their lives. I have 26 years of experience ranging from clients 3 years old to 95 years of age. I work with many issues and challenges. I have great success in treating anxiety, PTSD, as well as mid life issues. Children, teens, couples as well as individuals make up my practice. I focus on the client and what will work for them, rather then using one form of therapy.
