Therapist Overview
In my practice I work with adults who feel “stuck” in their lives, often for some time. Some of the issues people present with when seeking therapy are dissatisfaction with their partner, loneliness and desire to find a loving healthy partnership, dissatisfaction with their career path or job stress, dealing with unresolved issues from childhood or trauma or health issues to name a few. Many clients discover through the therapy process the internalized messages or internal model of the world that they have been carrying around since childhood which negatively impacts them in the present. I am currently offering remote therapy sessions. By creating a safe, collaborative environment allowing for exploration, reflection and release of emotions, I have seen clients go from a state of inertia, or from great distress to creating an inner space for self-love, self-care, empowerment, strength and a life reflecting authenticity. Regardless of what brings a person to seek therapy, the human spirit is resilient, ultimately looking to be elevated and to live authentically without fear and with more love.
