An ideal client for me is one who is looking for some direction. They are open to trying suggested coping skills or ways of thinking and perhaps just need some empathy, reassurance and professional insight in order to move forward in their lives or even to move in a new direction. I am a counselor with much life experience as well as professional knowledge. Maternal Mental health (pregnancy, pregnancy loss, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety) has been an interest of mine. I work with clients who deal with depression and anxiety a great deal as well, but am able to work with many different issues.
