I am available to help you navigate concerns from mental health and wellness management, life challenges and navigating life transitions. I’ve had specific success in anxiety and depression management; mental health/wellness management; issues specific to women in transition; disability adjustment; and high school and college student transition. My therapeutic approach changes with each individual’s needs, but will always promote your uniqueness as a person and focus on your capabilities to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
