Whatever your reason may be, my goal is to provide you with nonjudgmental and collaborative support that allows you to move toward a place of increased clarity and improved well-being. I view mental health from a whole health perspective and value the role of the brain, body, and spirit in well-being. I am an LPC Intern and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University, with a specialization in chronic illness and disability.
