Therapist Overview

UPDATE: 8/15/2020 – MY PRACTICE IS CURRENTLY FULL AND I AM NOT ABLE TO TAKE ANY NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR FUTURE UPDATES! Painful past experiences and current life stressors can equally challenge our sense of self and our connections with others. Often without realizing it, we continue to operate from old patterns long after they have stopped serving us. As a relational therapist and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner, I engage clients in a process of (re)connecting with self that promotes healing through an embodied exploration of experience. This process supports establishing new relational patterns, healing from trauma, developing a stronger sense of self, and deepening relationships with others. I am a bilingual English/Spanish provider, and I work with people across a wide spectrum of gender, racial, ethnic, and sexual identities. I am dedicated to supporting clients in their healing as they navigate and seek liberation from the very real elements of trauma, power, privilege, and systemic oppression that shape our lives.
