The foundation of my practice is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental experience for individuals and couples to feel understood while processing the core issues that stand in the way of moving forward. People can feel lost or disconnected as they come into therapy, but the experience of emotional risk taking, opening up about fears, anxieties, malaise, within the individual or couple, can reinvigorate emotional connections and intimacy. It is an honor to join my patients on their own journeys of exploration and epiphany, observing life changing shifts as self awareness is attained. This self awareness makes sustaining movements, shifting people out of old habits and patterns, building confidence in the self and trust in others.
